Dancla Theme and Variations for Violin and Piano

Dancla Theme and Variations for Violin and Piano

This Theme and four variations in G major by Dancla does not have an opus number.  It is marked in it's original Whipple publication as "Easy and Brilliant.  Well, it is easy(ish) but it certainly sounds brilliant!

In the Whipple score the piano part did not have the violin part printed with it.  In this new edition the piano score now has the violin part so the pianist can follow it!

I do hope you find this score useful.

I don't know anything about this piece of music!

My battered old copy just says Largo from Violin Sonata in G major.  Anyway, I thought it was a nice piece so here it is.

Hope it is useful!
