Advanced repertoire

Grades 7 and 8 repertoire sits on the threshold of professional standards. These are works that appear on conservatoire audition lists, major competition programmes, and diploma examination syllabuses, and they demand both technical command and mature musical interpretation.

The collection covers violin, viola, and cello with string orchestra or piano accompaniment, and includes concertos and substantial movements from the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic periods alongside twentieth-century works. Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, Haydn, and the great Romantic concerto repertoire all feature here.
